Manchester United move step closer to complete Bruno Fernades transfer by increasing offer to Sporting
Man United has stepped up their efforts to sign Bruno Fernandes after submitting an improved offer to Sporting, according to reports in Portugal.
United has made Fernades that main target for the winter window but has been unable to agreed a deal with the Portuguese Club.
United initially offered €50 million (£42.6m) with another €30m (£25.5m) in bonuses which would be paid if they won the Premier League, the Champions League or if Fernandes finished in the top three of the Ballon d’Or.But sporting rejected Unnited's offer demanding for more fee up front and also want bonus structure to be more realistic.
According to A Bola, United are now willing to offer €55m (£46.7m) up front plus another €10m (£8.5m) in bonuses.
The report claims that the final details of the deal can potentially be agreed on Wednesday, which would then make the way for Portuguese International to complete a move to Old Trafford.
